The property boasts 100 feet of lake shore on one of the largest and most pristine lakes in Northern Michigan. The South Arm (the smaller part of Lake Charlevoix) is perfect for water sports including sailing, jet skiing, tubing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing or cruising on a pontoon. Just a few nautical miles north, the South Arm opens up to the bigger part of Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. Rent or bring a boat! This property features a dock that can accommodate up to a 26 foot boat. You can stay connected with the home's free wireless internet or 'unplug' yourself and put your feet up to relax with the calming sound of waves.

We just got home from a week at this place. Four generations, ages 2-73. A great time was had by all. Plenty of space and plenty to do. Nice location, close to everything.

What a Great Getaway!

We live in Chicago and were looking for a northern Michigan quiet vacation near Charlevoix. We came upon this place and were very pleased with our decision. Our family of five enjoyed just hanging around the house and exploring the Charlevoix/East Jordan area. The house is only about 45 minutes from the bridge, so we spent a day at Mackinac Island. The best part about the house was that we could escape to different floors to have quiet time. Also liked the proximity to the marina for ice, boat rentals, and more. Great places to hike, golf, shop, and dine. It's so beautiful in this part of Michigan, we're looking forward to visiting this property again!
