Edgewater is a private, gated, resort family community with all types of amenities. Our villa is a short walk to one of the seven on-site pools. Complimentary tram service is offered taking you to the beach side Lagoon Pool with waterfalls, three hot tubs. This luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath Golf Villa is all you have been looking for. The Living Area offers a Sleeper Sofa , 45 inch TV with DVD/VCR, Telephone and Wireless Internet in the Condo. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed and 36 inch TV. The Master bath houses a large combination tub/shower. The Second Master Suite also features a King Size Bed with 36 flat screen TV. The Third bedroom offers a Queen size bed and 22 inch TV . The Second and Third bathrooms both house a combination tub/shower. The Dining Area has a table with seating for 6. There are also 4 barstools at the bar area in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped...Dinnerware for 12.
