This Unit is a Master Bedroom with attached bathroom (Queen bed) plus an additional Bedroom/Office with a Queen size Murphy bed and a Beautiful Sofa Bed in the Livingroom. Light and Bright with a refreshing ocean breeze by day, all the while enjoying the sunsets and harbor lights by night. Includes your own private patio with ocean views.

Unit is stylish and Fully furnished including all linens for bed and bath. Updated Kitchen with Granite Counter tops is stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils. along with a Dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator. Living Room and Bedroom have TV's and the unit has Wi Fi internet connection.The condo has its own washer/dryer. Complex is very private, gated and secured with underground parking for one full size car. The complex also has a Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, and includes a recreational room, Gym with Sauna. Walking distance to all harbor shops and restaurants and of course the beach. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beachside harbor life. A short 45 minutes to Downtown San Diego for the GasLamp district, Zoo, Sea World, Seaport Village! NO PETS.

Hi! This is a family owned unit. We purchased this to live in and enjoyed many years here as Marina Towers full time residents. We are local North San Diego residents and can recommend good spots to visit. The full time residents in the complex are VERY nice and accommodating. The complex is in an Excellent area as a vacation spot and close to the freeway to get out and see the sights of San Diego and Orange County.

Oceanside California..(North San Diego County)........ at the Marina.... What a beautiful Spot. VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS... From this condo's living room you have a beautiful view of the Oceanside Marina. Watch the fishing boats go out to sea in the morning. Take your cup of coffee and walk to the village shops and on to the beach for a morning walk. This unit is close to everything!! The complex itself has a pool, spa and gym!! Breathtaking sunsets on the balcony!! Use this as a base to visit all of San Diego or about an hour + drive to Disneyland.

What makes this condo unique

This two bedroom end unit is light and bright. Wonderful South and West views of the Harbor and Beach area. The unit has 1 Master Bedroom with a Queen Bedand attached updated bathroom. The Second room has the Harbor view and opens up to the Living Room. This room has a desk/office area with a Queen size Murphy bed. Also has a Sofa that makes into a bed. Unit includes TV's, DVD player, I POD doc, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer. Complex includes Pool, Spa, BBQ area with lounge chairs, large Laundry room, and Gym area with Sauna! Wonderful Views

Our 2 1/2 month stay was absolutely wonderful! The views of the Oceanside Harbor and Pacific Ocean are spectacular from this unit. The unit is tastefully decorated and Marina Towers is well situated not only to San Diego but also to L.A. We enjoyed hiking in the nearby mountains, bicycling in San Diego, boating in Newport Beach, spending time exploring Laguana Beach, Del Mar, and Encinitas. Also spent four days golfing in the area. Chris, our host, was most gracious---we're already looking forward to our return and spending another long time gazing out the windows while sipping our morning coffee and toasting the marvelous sunsets!

Things we enjoyed about this condo - spacious, well maintained, comfortable, very clean, secure building and parking, fantastic views, always lots happening in the marina including Christmas Parade of Lights by boaters, Sea Lion antics, surfers on the ocean, morning coffee and paper down on the dock, good restaurants. The description of this condo is very accurate, photos don't do it justice. Chris, our landlady, was most welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo at Marina Towers. The location was beautiful. Chris greeted us and gave us a tour of the condo and the complete complex. It was nice to see that there was ample parking space for guests. The condo itself has floor to ceiling windows giving us awesome views of the marina as well as southern views down the coast - a treat to sit on the balcony and take in the sights. The condo is well equiped and the beds very comfortable. The marina was fun to visit and walk, with its shops, excellent restaurants and boat rentals. We went kayaking and had a ball. Again, can't say enough about the views during the daytime and at night when the marina would be lit up with a myriad of colored lights. We are seriously considering returning next year, hopefully for a longer stay. Chris, thanks for your prompt attention to our inquiries and for the supply of oranges you left us. They were the juiciest we have ever eaten.. It was a pleasure meeting you.

We spent 7 weeks here over the summer. We absolutely LOVED it. Chris was wonderful, she made everything easy, the condo was equipped for just about anything. We were within walking distance to many restraunts, there were happy hours everyday of the week. if you enjoy $1 tacos and $2 beers, it was a relaxing beach setting. The complex is older but well maintained and the people we came in contact with were pleasant. We felt it was most definitely a home away from home. It was hard to leave, but we plan to go back next summser! Don't let this one pass you by, it was one of our best vacations ever! Can't enough positive things about the whole deal, we loved it!!

The condo is like an eagle's nest, perched above the harbor, where you can watch the boats, the people, the cars, and the ocean beyond. There are floor to ceiling windows across the living room and windows everywhere, to let in the light and the ocean breezes. The master bedroom is quiet (with a walk-in closet) and the bed is very comfortable. The second bedroom's Murphy bed was given A+ ratings by our guests and when we had no guests, we used the room as an office. The second bedroom closed off from the living room and there are two bathrooms, both with good showers. The pictures of the condo are exactly what drew me to the condo and they were accurate in what we found upon arrival. The condo has seen a lot of use and isn't interior-decorator-perfect, but neither is our home. Christine met us and showed us around, left a bag of fresh citrus fruit from orchards near her home, and she was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. The entire condo complex is beautifully tended, the garages are secure, there is parking for guests right at the condo, and it is within walking distance of shops, cafes, and boat rentals. What a dream vacation! We are looking forward to a return stay. Kirk and Susan
