Location, Location, Location! This comfortable low-rise 2 bedroom, 2-bath third floor direct oceanfront unit is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completely updated, freshly painted, and newly furnished in 2009 in a light, bright, tropical decor with all the amenities of home. The fully equipped kitchen is all new and luxurious! It has maple cabinets with soft reflecting under-mount lights and overhead track lighting over the bar. The counter tops are granite with a tile backsplash. Enjoy gathering for meals and snacks at the full sized bar for six. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms have tile floors. There is carpeting in both bedrooms and the hallway. In the living room there are two new tropical sofas with a small swivel rocker chair offering a cozy conversation/TV area as well as great views of the ocean. There is a new 40' flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a small wooden checker/chess game table for your enjoyment.

Abigail- What a place! The pictures don't lie. If you are looking for a wonderful family vacation- THIS IS IT! The view is great and the condo was immaculate. Our children ages 10 and 7 can't wait to come back next year!

I will try this again! We made our first trip to the lovely condo this past summer (aug 09) and it was the BEST! Location, check! View, check! Accomodations, check! We couldn't have asked for more and we are looking for dates to come back this summer! We had ourselves, 2 teenage boys and my parents along and it was perfect! Thanks for everything and we look forward to coming back!
(sorry this did not work the first time....I wanted to make sure we got this on!)

First family vacation a success!

This was our first official family beach vacation and it was absolutely wonderful! The condo is beautiful and spacious. The addition of the breakfast bar was a great idea and the kitchen was just spectacular! Our 2 small children shared the smaller bedroom while the MBR with the large king size bed was quite nice. Will definitely rent from Charles & Abigail again. Loved every second of our family vacation at your awesome condo! Plus, my husband was quite happy with the large tv in the living room.

My family and I have only been coming to Myrtle Beach for 4 years now and we've always stayed in the same condo every year. But this year there were less of going so we needed a smaller condo with less bedrooms. I was so leary about staying somewhere else, thinking that were never going to find anything as nice as the one we always stay in, and needless to say was I wrong! This condo was absolutly beautiful! It was very clean, neat and close access to anything you needed, not to mention the view was PERFECT!
