Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This comfortable low-rise 2 bedroom, 2-bath third floor direct oceanfront unit is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completely updated, freshly painted, and furnished in a light, bright, tropical decor with all the amenities of home. Free wireless internet is also included.

The fully equipped luxurious kitchen has maple cabinets with soft reflecting under-mount lights and overhead track lighting over the bar. Granite countertops with a tile backsplash make gathering for meals and snacks at the full sized bar for six enjoyable. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms have tile floors. There is carpeting in both bedrooms and the hallway.

In the living room there are two new tropical sofas with a small swivel rocker chair offering a cozy conversation/TV area as well as great views of the ocean. There is an area rug over the tile in the living area to make playtime more comfortable. There is a new 40' flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a small wooden checker/chess game table for your enjoyment. The sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront balcony where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic sights and sounds of the beach.

Sleep in luxury and comfort on the pillow-top mattress on the king sized Tommy Bahama bed in the master bedroom with private bath. There is a cable TV and DVD player as well as sliding glass doors to the oceanfront deck. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, plenty of storage, and a wall mounted TV with VCR and DVD player. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. There is additional sleeping for two with the queen-sized sofa in the living area that pulls out to make a queen bed or you may choose to use each sofa as twin beds.

There is a laundry room in the condo with a new water heater, and high efficiency full sized front loading washer and dryer. This well maintained complex offers onsite parking, and an oceanfront pool with lounge chairs around the pool and picnic tables in a covered area.

Location offers endless opportunities for golfing, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Three minutes away is Barefoot Landing with the world famous House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, Marina, live Tiger Preservation Station, and a world of waterfront shops and restaurants. There is something for everyone! Many outlets, malls, and water parks are close by.

About The Owner

My husband and I are retired school teachers who grew up an hour away from the beach and currently live in our hometown. We have two grown children, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren who share our love for the ocean.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1997
Why The Owner chose Windy Hill

It was a dream come true when we puchased this condo. Instead of day trips and short vacations to the beach we now enjoy relaxing stays every chance we get. We like the fact that Seafarer is a small complex that is very well-maintained and family oriented. This condo provided all the amenities we were looking for-direct ocean front, pool, great board of directors and management company, friendly owners, beautifully landscaped, adequate onsite parking, and close to everything.

What makes this condo unique

Our grandchildren love to come to Granddaddy's beach too! What fun it is to go shelling, swimming, walking, or to just enjoy the ocean from the balcony. There is always something to do close by. We enjoy the tigers and fireworks at Barefoot Landing, shopping at Tangers and the mall, live shows, and all the great restaurants.

Within 15 miles of Broadwaay at the Beach, SkyWheel, Ripley's Aquarium, Pirate's Voyage,and Hard Rock Cafe to mention a few. Short drive South to Brookgreen Gardens with magnificent statuary and gardens.

Other Activities: Water sports, Parasailing, Jet Skiiing, Antiquing, Shopping, Swimming, Sunning, & Relaxing on the beach.

Abigail- What a place! The pictures don't lie. If you are looking for a wonderful family vacation- THIS IS IT! The view is great and the condo was immaculate. Our children ages 10 and 7 can't wait to come back next year!

The location was ideal for us as described on the listing. The photos are accurate showing the appearance and amenities. After being there a week we met the owners and found them to be very nice people and very willing to make sure we had no problems with are stay in their condo. We would highy recomended this condo.

Beautiful Condo

We have spent the month of February 2013 in this beautiful condo. The condo is very inviting, Tommy Bahamas decor and all the furniture are very comfortable. The best asset is of course the amazing balcony and the beautiful view. We were there in February and even though the weather was a little cool, we were protected from the wind and spent many hours on the balcony admiring the beautiful sea. The location is great, quiet but close to everything. The owners represent the warm hospitality of people from South Carolina. They were also always ready to help out. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful place at the beach.
