We loved our stay at Cape Breeze! The condo was clean, spacious and quite cozy! We stayed in a couple of nights and were able to make use of the kitchen quite often to save money on dining out. There was just the right amount of privacy, especially on the back deck overlooking the dunes. The private beach was gorgeous - we saw several sunsets there. The location was very convenient and we made quite a few trips to the beach and enjoyed the lack of parking and fee issues we normally deal with at the Cape. The only issue was with the people who had booked Cape Breeze condos beachside - although there is a sign that specifically states the beach is for Cape Breeze renters, they seemed to think the beach was their own private beach and were quite inconsiderate about placing their beach chairs just below the stairs down to the beach. I would also recommend having outdoor lights in the back of the property as that is where we parked and it was difficult to get the key in the door at night without lighting. Other than that, we had absolutely no complaints about the property we rented and would definitely vacation there again. It was close to our favorite spots, and easy to get to. It was also very quiet as promised. We loved it - and I am quite happy to share that we got engaged during this trip at Race Point! Thank you, Mario and Pat, for making us feel extremely welcome and for promptly answering any and all questions. We will highly recommend this property to anyone considering a vacation at the Cape.
