There is a carpeted game room with a pool table, air hockey, dart board and a small table with chairs. The second floor has a den area with its own work station complete with computer and printer. There is also a TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 game console with a small library of DVDs and Guitar Hero! No boring rainy days here! There are five bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own TV and DVD player. One of the bedrooms has two bunk bed sets for the small folk. There is one king suite, 2 queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. Three full bathrooms complete this castle! In the rear of the home is a pool with a screened enclosure and unusually large deck, part of which extends beyond the enclosure. A conservation area is in the rear of the pool area, and is not overlooked by another house. There are beautiful shrubs on each side of the pool for added privacy. There is a removable fence that can be easily installed around the pool for safety’s sake. The home has a monitored alarm system.
