This three bedroom one and one half bath is steps to the beach, the restaurants, Wawa and the shopping areas. It's located close enough to the center of town to give you the convenience, yet far enough away to avoid the congestion. Located at 37th and Landis this is an ideal spot to spend your vacation. You are walking distance to the beach (1/2 blook) restaurants (Shoobies, Steakout, ODonnels, Ocean Drive and Lacasta to name a few), and shops. This unit has all the comforts of home, two televisions, VCR/DVD, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, microwave, ceiling fan. Pots, pans and dishes. All you need to bring is linens, towels and toothbrush.
