$150 /NT FOR HIGH SEASON - CASA BONITA BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT CONDO

It had been several years since I'd been to Mexico, and I wanted to have an experience where I could be close enough to the city to enjoy what it had to offer, but far enough away that I could enjoy some peace and quiet. I did quite a bit of research and came across this property, along with several others. Because it was rather late in the game to be looking for a property to stay in around New Year's, I was a little worried that I would not be able to find something, especially something that was reasonably priced. I knew, from the moment I received the first email response from Arlene, that this was the perfect place for us to stay! Arlene was very prompt and detailed with her replies, and she made the process very manageable. We were able to get booked without any difficulty (and at a very reasonable price!) and looked forward to our stay.

Upon arrival, the condo exceeded our expectations! It was perfectly located on the beach, with beautiful vistas as far as the eye can see! It was very spacious and airy, with lovely touches that are reflective of the Mexican surroundings, with the conveniences of home. The fact that they had basically anything you could need (including little details like a hair dryer and Q-tips) really made it feel like we were at home! The beds were comfortable, the breeze off of the Bay made it unnecessary to even use the aircon or fans, and the we appreciated the convenient distance to the bus stop and (unofficial) taxi stand. The only complaint was that the road on which the condo was located made it basically impossible for us to walk to the closest Oxxo (like a 7-11 convenience store). This required us to get whatever snacks etc. we needed before we left the city center heading back to Punta Negra. But that was minor and really didn't take away from our overall experience.

I would definitely recommend this property to others who are traveling!
