This charming home feels relaxing like Old Cape Cod,but also provides washer/dryer, dishwasher, hi-def TV with Comcast cable, DVD player, wireless internet, gas grill, umbrella patio set for outdoor dining and a hammock. There are 3 bedrooms: two with full beds, one with two twin beds, and a pull-out couch. There is also plenty of parking and a fenced in grass backyard with shaded porch, enclosed outdoor shower & clothes line. You are located in a residential neighborhood just a short walk to the beaches off South Street: Parker's River, Sea View & Bass River Beaches have concession stands, restrooms, a fishing pier, a public boat launch, lifeguards and kids' playgrounds. Across from Parker’s River Beach, there is a great indoor/outdoor bar/restaurant called 'The Skipper'. If you prefer to drive, you can buy a weekly Yarmouth (9 Beaches) parking pass. You can also walk to Pirate's Cove mini-golf, the fish market, and restaurants including the famous Captain Parker's.

A wonderful family vacation

When you rent this house understand you are renting a home you'll feel just like you've walked in to your family's summer place on the Cape. The back yard and small back porch are perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, playing games with the kids,(we actually set up a volleyball/badminton set for the week it was great) or cocktails in evenings. The kids loved using the outside shower after our trips to the beach and I loved not having to sweep up sandy floors! The bedrooms were bright and airy and the mattress in the master bedroom was a dream even if my husband did feel a little crowded as we're used to a larger bed. We walked just up the road to play mini golf and in the other direction to the beach. All in all it was a great time had by all adults and children alike.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great Place to Stay!!

We stayed there for a week with friends and had a blast! The house is pretty large on the inside so you never feel like you are all on top of each other. Kitchen has everything you could need and more to cook meals at home. Good size backyard for hanging out too and the hammock is amazing, Perfect place to take an afternoon nap! Walking distance to the beach and close to many stores and resturaunts. A great place to stay, cant wait to rent again!!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Love it!

Love this house! Has everything you could possibly need for a summer vacation rental. Clean and well cared for. A kitchen stocked with all the utensils and equipment you ever need for cooking meals at home. Great backyard for kids to play in, dinners to be eaten in, or just to hang out in for relaxing or reading. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, internet access, outdoor shower and a great location - I don't think you can ask for more!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A New Family Tradition

We rented this great home for 2 weeks in July 2009 and we've already locked in our dates for this summer. Anyone that has driven around the Cape in the summer knows that it's all about a great location and THIS IS IT. Our days were often spent just minutes away at a wonderful family friendly beach...although walkable it was more practical to drive since we had 3 under 3 in tow. Evening walks to a closer beach were a breeze for Grandma and a couple strollers. We were able to walk to dinner and mini-golf too!

The house is clean, bright and comfortable. We did a lot of eating in and found the kitchen well stocked. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower and the large clothesline! Although eventually I did have to make use the the large washer/dryer in the basement. (nothing like traveling with 3 little boys and going home with clean clothes, yeah)
Of course everyone enjoyed the bbq, outdoor furniture, tv and internet.

We had a great vacation and I can't wait to get back to the Copacabana!
