This second-story, two bedroom, two bath condominium has screened lanai in the front. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an open area looking into the dining room and large living room area. This lovely condo has just been remodeled enlarging the kitchen and bathrooms. It also has its own laundry room in the unit. Total living space if 1,350 square ft. All linens, dishes, utensils are provided. This hot vacation spot has one of the largest heated pools in the area, also tennis courts and bocce ball. We are just 10 minutes to the beach, shelling tours, deep sea fishing, and dinner cruises at the public dock. Golfing, shopping on beautiful 5th Avenue, downtown Naples, and many restaurants are close by, not to mention the sunsets on the beach.
