This charming couples cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a romantic escape. You will find yourself surrounded by beautiful Lake Allatoona views and the relaxing sights and sounds of nature. There is a small patio for the two of you and a gas grill. A short walk down to the lake places you on a private dock. You may swim and fish from the dock or simply enjoy watching the boats go by. You will find a table and chairs and small fridge on the dock, it's the perfect spot for a picnic. You may rent a boat at a nearby marina and enjoy a day exploring the many secluded coves and hidden away waterfalls. There are numerous parks and restaurants to visit by water. If you have a small boat, you may launch it nearby and tie up overnight to the dock. Best of all, you don't have to do anything at all. Pack your bag, bring some supplies and head to Lake Allatoona for a memorable vacation or weekend escape.
About Debra

Retired Marketing Manager. I grew up poor in the Midwest with a longing to own a boat and live on the water one day. I've worked hard my entire life to achieve my dream. I love the lake and spend most of my free time on or near the water.

Debra purchased this studio in 2003
Why Debra chose Lake Allatoona

There are very few homes on Lake Allatoona. This one was available at the time and I knew most of the neighbors before I moved here. This location is very close to I-75 which makes for an EZ commute to Atlanta.

What makes this studio unique

Lake Allatoona living offers the best of lake living but is located within one hour of everything you could need or want in Atlanta.

It's also very close to Chattanooga, TN for daytrips.

This cabin is extremely clean and perfectly furnished. The owner adds special touches, such as a bottle of wine and leaves extra linens. The scenery is more beautiful than the pictures show. The location on the lake is fantastic. Perfect for a couples excursion. I will be going back again

Wonderful, comfortable, relaxing...not enough great things can be said. This started out to be a short stay while we were looking to downsize our home. Almost
six months later, we still love this place. What a beautiful sunrise overlooking the lake! Great to wake up to every morning.
Deb has went out of her way to make us feel welcome as a guest in her home.
Location is superb and easy to get to from I75. Great restaurants in quaint old historical Acworth.
Come, enjoy and leave your worries behind.

Little Piece of Heaven

I rented the couples cabin for 4 days and nights. It was simply the best vacation I have ever been on. The setting is on top of a mountain on a dead end street overlooking Lake Allatoona. The view was breathtaking. The cabin was very clean and cozy. It is decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you need. Debra, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She allowed us to use her grill and even let us eat dinner on her deck so we could enjoy the view of the lake. We also enjoyed fishing down on the dock. I can't wait to go back. It is now my new favorite home away from home!!
Owner's Response: All guests are encouraged to use the grill and enjoy the deck, dock and outdoor areas.
Swimming off the dock is a great way to truly relax around here. :)

The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, and the view is amazing. The owner, Deb, was wonderful and made us feel right at home. The location is very convenient to downtown Atlanta, and far enough removed to suit both city and country lifestyles. I would highly recommend this cabin to any one looking to visit area. If you taking a business trip to Atlanta, or looking for a romantic getaway on a beautiful lake, you won't be disappointed in this couple cabin.
Owner's Response: Jerry brought his boat and also spent a lot of time fishing on Lake Allatoona.

Awesome cabin

This Cabin is a little peace of heaven. The description and the pictures were very accurate and Debra is a wonderful host. She made sure that we had everything we needed while we had our own privacy.

The cabin is situated on top of the lac, so you have this breathtaking view that gives you the peace of mind you're looking for. Away from it all, yet you have access to shopping within 20min. Atlanta is about 40min away too.

I will recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a resting vacation, a honeymoon or just a way to connect with your other one.

We will definitely come back, thank you Debra!!!!
