Beautiful Condo on the Beach

We stayed in this charming condo for just under a week and enjoyed all that it had to offer. It was decorated EXACTLY like the pictures, so it was nice not to be surprised by something different than we had expected. It had everything we were hoping it would have and the location couldn't be beat! It was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated.
It is on the second story and would not be good for someone with bad hips/knees or in a wheelchair. It is also RIGHT on the pool, which wasn't what we had expected. The main bedroom is on the road side of the condo, so it was loud all night. Monday is garbage day, so be aware that Monday morning will be loud due to the garbage truck!!
The property itself earned five suitcases, but the town of Carolina Beach would earn two-to-three suitcases. It was over-priced and just average. We weren't impressed with many of the over-priced restaurants, and there are a million people everywhere you go. I think we'd have a better opinion if we went during the fall/winter and not during the peak of August.
Overall, I would recommend this property to a friend. The condo is great, it's just the city of CB that lacks a lot. I will say that it's close to Wilmington and just an hour away from Myrtle Beach, SC.
The owner was wonderful to work with and was very caring about how our stay was.
