Perfect for couples wanting to get away

It was a wonderful relaxing vacation because all we had to bring was clothes and food. It's within walking distance of shopping, nightlife
dining and steps from the beach. Definitely more than we expected and the pictures don't do it justice.

We stayed in the house for one week, and it was just perfect. everything in the house is as good as new, and there was simply eveything you need for a vacation, or a bussines trip. We felt as if we were at home.

Perfect Beach House for Girls GetAway

Susan - Our vacation was Perfect! It was a girls getaway for six. The house was nicely decorated, clean and inviting. Everyone loved the comfortable beds, linens and towels. We enjoyed coffee on the upper balcony in the morning and grilled dinner on the lower balcony at night. We ran, walked and biked the scenic roads surrounding the house each morning and spent relaxing afternoons on the beach. The beach was literally a one minute walk from the front door. The convenience of having a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella available for us was fabulous. The house was conveniently located for us to shop and dine just minutes away on the island. Highway access to do the same off the island was just as convenient. We ventured out one day for lunch and shopping and a few nights for dinner and dancing. So many stores and restaurants, so little time! The nights we stayed in, we played games and danced some more! We had a blast! Most importantly, Susan, your availability and willingness to make sure that everything was perfect for us, was priceless. Thanks, we will be back!

Everything Attended to!

This was such a great getaway as each bedroom had its own bath and the details were so attentive. A fully outfitted kitchen, movie movie selection, plush beds and towels, beach chairs and everything you needed was there. Susan is very kind and willing to help in any way. This was a great trip and IS a wonderful property. The beach was a short walk so easily assessable. Walking to restaurants and shopping were easy as well. Thank you for a great time of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beach and area. The video is very informative, please make sure to see it. We would recommend this to our family and friends for sure.

South Jax Beach Townhouse

This was a wonderful experience. Susan was very accomodating with some of the changes I wanted to make and let us arrive a day early. We found everything as promised. The unit was clean and very well appointed. The one criticism I have would be the cabinetry is somewhat worn but that is minor and is easily overlooked by all the amenities (napkins, papertowels, detergent, sugar, various food items, coffee and the list goes on) As promised, the bedding was amazing. Both my adult children commented on it. We were not able to use all the beach toys since it was unseasonable cold (this from a person who came from Maine!) It is a very convenient location with just about everything you might need within walking distance. I will book again when I return to Jacksonville with absolutely no reservations what so ever.

Owner's Response: Mary, thanks so much for the feedback. I am so glad that the unit was clean and well appointed. You are right, those are the original cabinets in the townhome! It's my goal to change out the cabinets and upgrade the bathrooms sometime this year.. I've been holding off as much as possible to keep the weekly rental cost down. That was the one renovation I didn't make before I started renting the unit weekly, but the carpet, furnishing, paint and all else was replaced. One thing I'm really sure of, is that although they're not brand new, everyone will find them spotlessly clean! I am so glad it was offset but everything else the unit had to offer. I get a lot of feedback regarding the location. The restaurants nearby make is so convenient for everyone! Please do come back. Susan
