Glass-enclosed sunporch on sound side and partially covered porch on ocean side, picnic table, outside shower. Ocean view and excellent sound view. Great soundfront location for windsurfing. Pets allowed with $80 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum). 12 Emerald Drive. Turnday: Sunday. Amenities: Pet Friendly, Nightly rentals in Summer, Nightly rentals in Off-Season, Military Appreciation Discount.

Well it started off good, but then little things kept popping up like an infestation of bugs with-in the home , of the bitting kind, it smelled in the home and then we left on the day before we were suposed to because then big black flying roaches were comming out of the air vents. I put a call to the realty 2 times, they never got back to me . I just thought for the money we spent it should not have had bugs! Great veiw though. but the home was a big disapointment
