1st level corner unit. Private beach directly in front of the unit with a private dock and a swimming pool. Covered parking for 2 cars. By far the best located unit in the complex for unobstructed views. Although located directly on the bay, the condo sits across the street (300 yards) from the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful white sandy beaches and within 1/2 mile from all Pensacola Beach activities and restaurants. Walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's world famous Oyster Bar.
