About Jeffrey Kendall
Welcome travelers! My wife Ann-Marie and I were married in the fall of 1998 and lived in Quincy for about 10 years before moving to Canton. Ann-Marie's family had owned a bakery for nearly 3 generations before illness forced them to close the doors. Her family had owned cape home since the 70's and had enjoyed visiting their beachfront getaway for many years. Once the stock market became volatile in 2000 they realized their greatest retirement asset was on sitting on Cape Cod. We decided to keep it in the family and purchased the home from them. Now they have the best of both worlds. They use the house now more than they ever did without any of the responsibilities. They also rented the house for part of the summer and made many friends along the way. We have kept that tradition and attentiveness to the 'friends' we invite to enjoy our escape on the cape!
Jeffrey Kendall purchased this house in 2001
Why Jeffrey Kendall chose Falmouth
Her parents vacationed in all around Falmouth for years before buying there. The heights was just a little more special than other areas. The beaches are just a little nicer. The area is just a little more quaint. The convenience to restaurant, shops, the ferry and bike rentals is just that little more that makes a difference. Of course it doesn't hurt that we could walk over to the beach and still hear the baby monitor : )
Guestbook comments from the owner
With my crazy work schedule and hectic home life I was really looking forward to some down time. We arrived to fresh flowers on the kitchen table and a welcoming note. When I looked out the window and saw the ocean I new I was in the right place. I spent most of my time relaxing on the deck until it got hot enough to stroll across the street and slip into the cool ocean. I couldn't think of anywhere else I wanted to be at that moment. Thank you Ann-Marie & Jeff
ps. see you next year!
