The vacation rental building called l Etoile is located in the heart of South Beach in a very quiet street at a 1 minute walk from Lincoln Road and 5 minutes from the Beach. This historic building is composed of only 4 apartments: three 1 bedroom and one 2 bedroom. The property has a private pool and a nice garden behind the small building. The building offers parking, is secured by fences, intercom system and a video cameras. This 650 SQF 1 bedroom apartment has been fully renovated in June 2006, it is on the ground floor, it is spacious and is the perfect place to relax. This unit will perfectly accommodate up to four people (there is one extra sofa bed/futon). The living room is full of character with a chimney and a nice over-sized cathedral vaulted ceiling and comfortable and cozy furniture.
