Photos and Description of the Sanibel Island vacation house rental 3 Bedrooms + Sleeper Sofa, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8-10

Located in the Dunes, a golf course community, close to bay and gulf beach. Bay is approx. 300 yards from the home and the private gulf beach less than 4 blocks. We have plenty of bikes of all sizes saving you hundreds of dollars in bike rental fees. We also have a bike trail behind trailer for hauling beach toys and our 2 person Kayak to the Bay Home has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles, 2 twins) + sleeper sofa, sleeps 10, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen , washer/dryer, large screen TV in living area with 150+ channel package including on demand movies. Home also has DSL internet connection and computer. Large deck: 1/2 is screened and covered and has a 10 ft picnic table for outdoor dining. The other 1/2 is open for sun bathing. Home comes with 4 adult bikes, gas grill, all linens provided. We just finished in late May a complete home renovation...fresh paint, new carpet, new tile and all new furnishings. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Allowable pets are small 15 lbs of less, short hair, house broken, not allowed on any furnishings, and crated at night. Pet charge is a non refundable $50.00. Pets must be disclosed. If it is found that pets have been allowed on furnishings there will be a $200.00 cleaning charge for cleaning bedding and upholstery.

Deposit: $1000.00 deposit to reserve dates, then becomes a damage deposit after check in and is fully refundable after checkout. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We arrived the day after school got out for our month of needed rest relaxation. Your pictures do not do your hame justice. The back pourch was where we had breakfast every morning. It reminded our son of a tree house he said. Don't change a thing including your price. We will be back.
