This peaceful vacation rental is located in a large subdivision on a quiet, lightly populated section, approximately 3 miles from Pahoa town. There are miles of undeveloped lots and quiet roads that are covered in the native jungle. Pahoa town is a casual, historic town with very friendly townspeople. It is the remnant of the slower, quieter times. Tutu’s Pu’uhonua is Grandmother’s Place of Peace in Hawaiian and that is what you will find when you stay at this beautiful Hawaiian vacation home. You can pick large ripe avocados and Guava, growing wild along the roadside.

The geckos will chirp you to sleep in the evening as well as keep you company as you sit on the spacious lanai and have your evening coffee or cocktail. At times you can listen to the sound of the rain moving though the dense vegetation coming toward you; then it is a tropical shower followed by warm sun. In any event, it is always warm enough to sit on the lanai and enjoy the view and feel of a tropical shower. You have pineapple plants, avocado, papaya, Rambutan, and Starfruit trees. The setting is restful and serene. Why wait any longer to have that memorable vacation you have been waiting for.
