This cottage is a perfect getaway to Northwest Florida Most Beautifull Beaches. Panama City's newest attraction - Pier Park, is less than 2 miles. Our location is also perfect for attending events and activities at Frank Brown Park and the new PCB Aquatic Center with a public pool. Immaculate and clean!!! My beach cottage is detail cleaned at each and every check out. I want it to be perfect for you during your stay. In return upon your departure I appreciate it if you would leave it tidy and neat. Split floor plan 1550 sq ft with 2 kitchens. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Full Size Wahser & Dryer. Master Bedroom has lock-out capability with private entrance. Furnishings coastal casual - Updated and clean, Satellite TV, DVD, Internet. Snowbird Rentals Accepted. NON SMOKING HOME. Small pets considered / small enclosed yard.

Pet approval is required prior to arrival. Smoking Is Not Permited At Any Time. Failure to a comply will result in forfeited deposit..at owners discretion.
    Renters under age 26 have a $1000. Refundable Deposit.
    Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit may not be refunded.

From the start of contacting the owner to giving her the keys on our way out of town-- excellent customer service! Catered to several of our pre-arrival requests. Property was very well maintained and clean, and an absolute charm-- not a kitschy vacation rental, but a place to feel totally relaxed and at home. Great having two separate kitchens and entrances as well. LOCATION IS FABULOUS!!!! Roll out of bed and be at the beach in less then 10 very lazy vacation minutes! About 2 miles to Pier Park, a nice walk in the evening, or a quick car ride. Also close to other attractions, but we were there for the beach.

This is the best deal on Panama City Beach!! We were so close to the beach without being in a concrete jungle. It felt like being at home. The furnishings are just as promised and we had everything we needed for our week of FL fun. We will be back next year! Thanks Debra!

my stay at this property was very good, the house was very clean and we had everything we needed.we would recommend and would love to stay again next year. the location was excellant as well. it made our visit to florida very enjoyable.
