Come and stay at our four season contemporary Newfound Lake home. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a cathedral living room and play room. Enjoy barbeques with your family on our large deck after a day on the lake or skiing. In the summertime the outdoors beckons with hiking, boating, water skiing, and swimming. One of the nicest association sandy beaches on the lake is a short walk away (0.2 miles). In the winter enjoy ice fishing and snowmobiling. Skiing is readily available as well with Tenney Mountain 15 mins away, Ragged Mountain is 30 mins, Waterville Valley is 45 mins. Plymouth State University is 25 mins.

  • Please be aware that a 50% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your reservation. 30 days prior to check-in the balance is due, including a $300 refundable security deposit. After this point, no refunds will be issued unless the property can be re-rented.
    If reservations are made less than 30 days in advance, the full amount is due with the signed contract and is non-refundable.
  • Saturday is the check-in and departure day during the summer months. Check-in 2 PM. Check-out 10 AM.
