These two homes rented together offer a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The larger home is 1800 s'f' and the smaller home is 1200 s'f' . Both homes are on a large lot with private yards, patio, jacuzzi, deck. They can also be enjoyed separately for complete privacy. The California Classic features indoor/outdoor living year round only two and a half blocks from World famous Windansea Beach, a classic surf break. The Caribbean Cottage right next door offers a 1200 s'f' home for additional Guests or large family gatherings. The Classic is a three bedroom, two bath home features new Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout, tiled remodeled bathrooms and a chef's kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances including a double convection oven and Bosch cook top. The formal dining room features a large table with seating for eight. A two sided fireplace separates the living room from the dining room. Enjoy TVs with premium cable in both homes, WIFI and more.
