Just bring your clothes and toiletries, and call it your home away from home! O.K. to party but no 'Party Animals' and No Smoking in home please. The various sports complexes are all located within 15-25 minutes from here. There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants and other entertainment located within just minutes. The community features several parks with basketball/volleyball and play structures for little ones. You can also walk through the community trails and sidewalks to take in the beautiful views and our famous Arizona sunset.

My family and inlaws stayed in this home at the end of August 2009. The home was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The house was very spacious and worked well for gatherings we had with family in the area. The work out room was an added bonus and the pool was very refreshing my kids loved the water fall and the different color lights on the pool. The hard scapes around the pool were very nice. I have stayed in several homes while on vacation and have not ever been able to say when we went home that we had to stay in that house again until we stayed in this home. My family can't wait to vacation here again. Thanks for the great house, furnishings, and great customer service. We cant wait till next year!!!

Great for family reunions close to Phoenix/Peoria!

*Great* stay at house-- very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely, and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, grilling on the patio and hiking on the great desert trails that wound up foothills all around the subdivision.
A few things- somewhat short on propane for outdoor fire pit, and garbage bags for the house. Got some more no problem at the nearby Super Target (which has full groceries and great fresh produce too!), but it was kind of an inconvenience.
Nice place-- would stay again for sure!

Family Vacation 2009

This is an amazing home with a complete attention to detail. We couldn't have asked for more in a home away from home. They thought of every want or need. It's perfectly suitable for families with children of every age. They have a highchair, pack n play, walker/saucer. I mean everything you could possibly need to make things convient for a little one. Then the pool with basketball for the big kids. The kitchen is stocked like a home that is lived in full time. Again they thought of every possible need there as well.
We had a fabulous stay. My kids are still talking about it a month later and whether we can stay here again next year. We have a 16, 14, 13 and 1 year old. In addition to that the property is located near a hospital, malls, grocery stores, theatres, bars/clubs, etc. You're in the heart of it all.
