3 bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps 8

Thisy spacious, beautifully designer decorated unit has a gorgeous beach view from the deck and master bedroom. It has garage parking with an additional one car off street parking. The building has been outfitted with vinyl siding, vinyl railings along with fiberglass decks. It has been painted throughout with very airy and summer like colors along with crown molding and ceiling fans in every room. Our home is only 1/2 block from the beach located at 31st and Central Ave. This is a non-smoking no pet unit. All rentals include wireless internet, off street parking, beach tags, beach chairs & umbrellas also beach toys for the kids. Thankfully, our home was not damaged during the recent hurricane Sandy and is available for rental. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NO LONGER RENT TO GROUPS UNDER 23 YEARS OLD.

Our home is available for long term winter rental starting Oct. 1, 2013 thru June 15, 2014. Call 609-247-2819 or email for rates.

OCEAN CITY IS OPEN AND READY FOR ALL RENTALS. WE WILL BE FULLY RECOVERED FROM HURRICANE SANDY AND EXPECT A VERY GOOD SUMMER RENTAL SEASON.

Nearest Airport : Ocean City airport is a small plane facility at 0.5 Miles
Nearest Beach : Beach is 1/2 block from the unit at 1 Miles

A large variety of boating, fishing, sky rides, kiddie rides, arcades,

attractions and restaurants are all over the area. There are many

boardwalk and downtown shops to chose from and keep you very busy.

There is also a golf course and a small plane airport. Cable channel

2 will keep you informed of the many activities and events that are

planned throughout the summer. There are restaurants,

stores, hair salon, supermarket, WaWa, CVS pharmacy and a large

family playground with tennis and basketball courts within a walking

distance of only 3 blocks. Ocean City has been named the premier

and best family resort in the United States by Money magazine

Relaxing Vacation

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beauty & the Beach. The home was spacious, clean, and had a great location. We were so close to the beach, which is so important with three young toddlers. There was more than enough room and my daughters loved staying in the "kid room."
The trolley picks you up directly across the street and brings you to the boardwalk- very convenient!
We highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much to Bart and Joann for sharing your home with us!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
