Our newly constructed luxury home provides all the comforts needed for families to come together and enjoy relaxing, oceanfront living. Our home is in the final stages of completion and interior design and will be ready for your pleasure this summer. This sprawling 5,000 sq ft home has 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, walkout basement, and stone patio leading directly to the ocean. The main floor offers a very large front-to-back living room, large kitchen and dining room, sitting room with fireplace opening to a deck that overlooks the ocean and a bedroom with bath. Every room has ocean views. The second floor master bedroom suite with fireplace and sitting area in the bedroom walks out to the upper deck for private relaxation with panoramic views of the ocean setting. The walk-out basement with large media room, bar, kitchenette and game room.
