This is a Studio Conversion to a one bedroom. A remodel with slab granite, stainless steel appliances, tile floors and a large tiled shower. It has 2 Flat screen TV's, one in bedroom and one in living room. It also has an MP3 dockable stereo.There is a Full size bed in the bedroom and two futons in the living room. It was completed in January 2009 and all new furnishings added. It has a beach view lanai so you can watch the whales during their migration and sea turtles are everywhere. Great sunrise views and one of the best beaches on the island. It is great for swimming and snorkeling and it is safe all year since it is protected by a barrier reef that is 200 yards from shore.Take a stroll along the beach, take a dip in the pool or continue your daily exercise in the workout room.This property immerses you in the natural beauty of the rural side of Oahu yet is close enough to to enjoy an excursion to world famous Waikiki Beach.
