Spacious, water-front condominium with breathtaking views from the balcony! Relax and enjoy the panoramic pristine view of the sugar-white private beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico - no public beach access anywhere nearby so the beach is yours! One of only seven units in a nice, quiet complex. This “complex” consists of 2 two-story buildings on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. There are 4 units in your building and 3 in the other so it is a cozier situation than some huge condo building. Complex was built in 2000 and features a heated pool. This condo has a cute, island-style decor and was redecorated in 2007 with new carpet, paint, crown molding, linens, etc . . . queen size bed in master bedroom with its own private bathroom! The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. The living room has an additional full-sized pull-out sofa, if you need to accommodate 2 more people. The Unit opens up to another 2 bedroom with double doors if 2 units are needed by the same group.
