The Jackson town square with all its galleries, shops, and restaurants is located only 4.5 miles to the south. This home is situated on a bluff so one can watch elk, coyotes, badgers, eagles, hawks, and the occasional Bison or wolf right from the living room! No other home in Jackson Hole provides the view of the entire Teton Range and the National Elk Refuge from the same vantage point. A great home to be so close to town, Grand Teton Park, and all the recreation opportunities while feeling a million miles away!

Near Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for Aerial Tram rides to top of Jackson Hole Ski area 10,450 ft., hiking, biking. Near National Forest and the Kelly area for hunting, fishing, lakes and historical sites, just a few miles drive to Antelope Flats and National Elk Refugee for wildlife viewing of bison, elk herds as well as antelope, moose, eagles, and a wide variety of wildlife.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Administrative Fee is $250 (includes cleaning, utilities, maintenance, etc.)
  • BOOKING PROCEDURE: Once renter and agent agree on terms the first step is to provide deposit (see below for cancellation details). After the deposit is collected Agent will send renter a lease containing; receipt of deposit, check in and out procedures, rules and regs, all rents and fees. Renter will then return lease with valid identification and provide credit card for security deposit. At this time we will have an agreement and renter will receive full welcome packet with local activities, local dining guide, contacts, emergency procedures.
  • REFUND POLICY; All reservations are subject to a 6% state taxes. These additional fees will be charged based on the full rental amount. The fees will be applied to final amount due prior to arrival. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival, the reservation is subject to a cancellation fee of one night's lodging. Reservations canceled 44 days or less prior to arrival are not refundable. There are NO exceptions. A valid credit card and copy of drivers license is needed prior to arrival. This will be taken as a security deposit. The credit card will be charged 30 days in advance automatically if a check is not received by then. There will be a 3% transaction fee for Visa and MasterCard charges and a 4% fee for American Express or Discover. This will be added during checkout.
