Villa Chaman 6B is situated one block off the main road in a tranquil area of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. It is part of a community of seven villas in a park-like jungle setting. Chaman is one block to buses, shops, and a variety of international cuisine at the many restaurants. Within five to ten minutes you can travel to Manuel Antonio Beach (known as the most beautiful national park in Central America), or be in the unique little town of Quepos, the sport- fishing capital of the western hemisphere. The villa has one bedroom with a full size bed, a nice living room with a wet bar, a bathroom with shower and a fully furnished kitchen with a table and chairs plus an outside patio with table and chairs. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer you may use at no extra charge. We also have a gated courtyard with additional seating . Every room has a ceiling fan.

Right from the veranda outside our villa you will be able to see the Titi monkeys in the trees most every afternoon or early morning. Early evenings, we have had 2 Kinkajous in the tall tree by the pool and sloths. Last week, we had a Coati nosing around the Quadrado tree . We also have a mascot green parrot named Lola, who talks, barks like a dog, and whistles at you. Sit by the pool and watch the wildlife or easily get to the beach or book a tour with our manager for some adventure or wildlife and nature trips.

This lower unit has telephone, cable TV, internet connection for your laptop and laundry room with full size washer and dryer, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room with wet bar and fully furnished kitchen. Dine in the cool evening breezes in your private courtyard, or on the patio right outside your front door. The unit has AC and every room has a ceiling fan. Wake up to the sounds of exotic birds or monkeys scrambling in the trees right outside your door. The large, lighted pool and whirlpool are just a few steps from your front door. A full time gardener and maintenance man keeps everything in top shape. Our villa has an onsite manager for your convenience.

My husband and I stayed here last year and we loved it. Manuel Antonio Park/Beach is a short 5 minute bus ride from the villa. The pool here is wonderful, and the accomodations are very clean and well kept. No bugs. Great kitchen for cooking, nice bed. Small shower, but for the price, this place is fantastic. We went to the beach every day, and ate in the surrounding restaurants, most walkable, from the villa. Compared to what you pay for a single hotel room, this place is a much better deal b/c it has kitchen & private pool (that most of the time we were the only ones using). Very quiet. Highly recommended! We are in our late 20's-early 30s, no kids, but it would be fine for all ages looking to relax!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Chaman’s villa 6B! It took us a couple of days to get used to the humidity but then we were off and running.
We really enjoyed the resident parrot, and when the monkeys showed up we thought they were a bunch of chipmunks until I looked up and saw this big commotion in the trees. We also saw many animals in the Manuel Antonio park, we had a guide take us around. The beaches are awesome!!
We even walked to hidden beach which was quite an experience.
We enjoyed the Rainmaker Tour very, very much. And the Sunset sail was just us two and the crew. Very relaxing.
We also couldn't have asked for better villa mates.
The days went fast with the sun going down at 6pm.
We loved the jungle noises at night. After one rain the frogs were going nuts!!
Would love to come with the whole family and the rent the entire villa.
I thought this place was one of the prettiest with beautiful landscaping!
Eddy (the manager) was very accommodating and everything went off without a hitch.
Highly recommended!
