Stunning mid-Century modern 2900 s'f' 4 BR, 3.5BA home on a half acre with a private pool, secluded with room to spread out after a long day at the beach. Entertain friends and family in this luxurious family home, with a large Chef's Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, Family room features over sized HDTV with premium cable, WIFI throughout. Fireplace in the living room, large dining room and a separate Guest bedroom on a different wing from the other 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is large with a private en-suite bathroom. This home is close to all that the La Jolla Shores has to offer; fine dining at Paittis, Barbarella, and casual dining at the Cheese Shop and Jeff's Burgers, kayaking, dining, surf lessons, etc. Yet this home is located on a resort like setting on a half acres offering solitude and privacy. The Master bedroom features a King bed, two Guest bedrooms feature queen beds and the fourth Guest bedroom has two twins, perfect for kids.

This home was a fantastic choice for our stay in La Jolla, a quiet resort like getaway on a half acre with our own private pool, yet close to La Jolla Shores fantastic beaches, Kellogg Park, all the great restaurants on Avenida de la Playa. Torrey Pines is just up the road for Golf and we enjoyed a play at the world famous La Jolla Playhouse, original home of Broadway's "Jersey Boys"

The kids loved the pool and the large yards and patios. We enjoyed wonderful meals and entertained friends after a long day at the beach. We really enjoyed the layout of this home and the understated elegance of this rare mid-century home, beautifully updated.

Thanks for letting us enjoy your wonderful home in the Shores!
