3,000-square-foot, antique rental home in West Chatham, Massachusetts, beautifully renovated in 2004. The home has a gourmet kitchen, new appliances, central air conditioning, wireless internet, and three master bedrooms with private baths and tv’s. One bedroom has a king bed and the other two have queen beds. There is a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The loft provides a full-size futon with a tv. The Chatham rental home comfortably accommodates 10 people; enjoy linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, and beach chairs for a relaxing vacation.

Further Details: A large living room and dining room are great for a multi - family vacation. The large backyard has a spacious deck with gas grill and outdoor shower. You can sit and relax, having a drink or watching sunset at the front porch while your kids are having fun playing in the fenced yard. Treat yourselves to fresh raspberries and sweet peaches from the garden. The house is close to town and bike path. Ridgevale beach is only 1 mile away. Cockle Cove and Harding beaches are close by. We spent a week in June 2009 at this lovely home. We would certainly return, and would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. There were 8 of us, ranging in age from 4 to 93, and everybody was comfortable and loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was the best stocked of any rental house we've ever been in -- and there are wonderful dining tables inside and out that are large enough for 8+ people.

The location was perfect -- just close enough to Chatham that we could drive into town and enjoy all the charming restaurants and shops, and super close to a charming little beach that was not very crowded. We were also close enough to many other fun things to do on the Cape -- we visited everywhere from Hyannis to Provincetown!

The owner was delightful to do business with -- very organized and conscientious, and very nice.

My family and I just spent a week in this lovely home. There were 10 of us and we couldn't have felt more at home. The owner was very pleasant and easy to do business with . The house was very well stocked and very clean. The grounds were well groomed. Plenty of room for all and children were very welcome in this house. I will be returning
