This early 20th century Cape house with water views and tranquil setting still has the old-world charm of the original cottage with wide oak floors and beamed ceilings. Completely renovated in 2000, sliding glass doors lead from the main living areas to a large sunny deck with picnic table and lounge chairs overlooking tidal Mill Pond & Cape Cod Bay. A large deck off the upstairs master bedroom has the same magnificent water views and overlooks a back garden of raspberry bushes, roses & peonies. There's a bathroom with claw-foot tub on the upstairs level and a second bedroom with trundle bed. The downstairs apartment with it's own entrance, full bathroom and 2nd queen bed, also has a piano. Handsome mixture of modern & early American furnishings throughout. Fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher & a steam shower in the main level bathroom. Quiet road leads to Pamet Harbor. Close to ponds, ocean & bay beaches, hiking trails & kayaking on bird filled, tidal Mill Pond.
