This wonderful like NEW Townhouse in a quiet residential community centrally located near the Beach, Restaurants and Shopping. Community has a HUGE Swimming Pool and Tennis. This property offers washer, dryer, vacuum, dish washer, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, 4 TVS, 1 and 2 DVDs, coffee pot, toaster and gas grill. Sunroom. Wireless high speed internet access. This house is none smoking and pets are not allowed. However, the owner have pets occasionally when they occupy the property. Huge swimming pool, tennis court and nature/fitness trail.  All bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Master: King; 2nd bedroom: Queen; 3rd bedroom: 2 twins; living room: queen sofa sleeper, Sunroom: twin sofa sleeper.
