Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

This lovely 3 BR/3 BA condo is perfect for your family vacation. Decorated in tropical brights for that 'beach feel', our condo features great 7th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-sand beaches from the living room, master bedroom and private balcony.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer and dining area that seats 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, the other bedrooms have a queen/full bed and two twins. A sofa sleeper can pull out to sleep 2 more. We have 3 TVs, 3 DVD's, 1 VCR, and a stereo.

Mainsail is a beautiful gated family resort on the Gulf of Mexico with 24 hr security. No roads to cross to the beach! As an added value, we include beach service-(2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for savings of over $23 a day, or $125 a week, in season. Beach service generally starts sometime in March and ends in Oct, dates can change. We are located across from the Silver Sands outlet mall for great shopping and an easy walk to 2 groceries and multiple restaurants. Mainsail features a tropically landscaped pool complex with a waterfall, kiddie pool, hot tub and built -in island gas grills.

There is a terrific well-furnished exercise room with a view of the ocean, 4 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and a second pool on the property. Wi-Fi available. We love our home and you will too! No smoking and no pets please.

Great Family Condo!

We had a great time in property 234252. It was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. It was close to the beach and all the attractions that we wanted to visit in Destin. We would highly recommend this unit. The owners were so helpful and easy to work with too! Plus the Mainsail is a terrific place to spend a vacation!

We had a great stay. The unit was not "over decorated" like some of the others we have stayed in which makes it great if you have some young kids (or sloppy teenagers). It was set up great for kids with twin beds in one room and a sofa sleeper.

The only complaint we had was that the toilet flushing mechanism was messed up requiring you to mess with it after flushing to get the tank to refill. The handle was about to fall off.

One complaint for the complex itself is that the elevators are in need of attention. Two of the elevators did not work half the time.

Other than that, great unit, reasonably priced, and kid friendly.

Owner's Response: I just wanted to let everyone know that I am available and willing to address any issues that may arise during your stay. Guests have my e-mail, home and cell numbers and I try to respond quickly to any problems. In this case, I was not notified of any problems, until after my guests had checked out. However, I have taken action to fix the toilet problem.

Mainsail is a great location in Destin. Perfect beach access. This place has 3br and 3 full baths. Plenty of space for families. So close to grocery and Outlets! Plus Starbucks is across the street!

Our vacation was great ! This condo is very clean and has everything you need to walk in and start enjoying
your trip. The kitchen has anything you need to cook and prepare meals, the deco is beautiful and the location
is great also. Easy access to the beach and close to any shops or dining you might want. We would definately stay here again !
