This canal home has been recently updated with a new kitchen featuring granite countertops and an island dining area. The open floor plan overlooks a heated pool, a dock and the canal that accesses into The Gulf of Mexico. All three bedrooms have individual in suite baths. The master suite has a separate entry to the deck that overlooks the pool and the canal.The Great Room has a high definition TV with Comcast On-Demand and an entertainment system with surround sound. Wireless internet is available in the entire house (and pool area!)

Other Activities: Fort Myers Beach is actually Estero Island, a seven mile island that is not attached to Fort Myers City. Powder white sand beaches span the Gulf of Mexico shore. There is a free public boat ramp just south of the island on Lovers Key. Restaurants and shops dot both sides of Estero Boulevard. There are 2 large supermarkets, a Publix and a Topps on the island. Just northwest of Estero Island are Sanibel and Captiva Islands. A half hour drive south takes you to Naples for elegant dining and lavish shopping. The largest mall in the US and several factory outlets are within a half hour drive.As a friend recently told me,'Why go anywhere else?
