Our beautiful condo is located at The Summit Condominiums on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. This full scale resort complex sits on the beach and enjoys a luxurious view of the Gulf of Mexico with its beautiful snow-white sands and deep turquoise-blue water. Take the elevators or enjoy the easy walk up from the ground level. Sleeps 6 and includes 1+ bedroom, 1+1/2 baths, with a master bedroom, a set of bunk beds off the hallway, and a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. Twenty-four-hour, security, guard gate for your protection. Nice and clean! Recently remodeled! Prices for rent are of great value and one of the most affordable on Panama City Beach and at the Summit! Features are a completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.

We arrived at the Summit to find that our room was not cleaned, was very disappointed. Luckily we had to leave for a few hours to go to the dining yacht aboard the Lady Anderson and when we arrived back the room was cleaned. All in all the trip was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the wedding and the reception for my nephew.
Owner's Response: Our Reservation Letter to our Renters clearly states:
Check-Out Time: 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time
Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time

This timing is necessary to allow our housekeeper sufficient time to clean the Condo after one guest leaves and another guest arrives.

We take great pride in our condos, and do not want our guests to come into a unit that has not been thoroughly cleaned. When a Guest arrives prior to the 3:00 P.M. check-in time, there would not have been sufficient time for the housekeeper to have the room ready.
Please Note: This guest clearly states that when he returned the room was cleaned!!!!!!!
