Our Villa: Our villa is for every age to enjoy, the pool has child safety fence, lanai to enjoy after a long day at the theme parks, golfing and site seeing. Dinning table to eat out in the evening, lounge chairs for the sunbathers and shade for those that don't. Pool toys for the young ones. Perfect place to relax.

Things to do: Activies within10 to 15, Disney World (Magic Kingdom,EPCOT,MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom), Walt Disney village,shopping and restaurants, Gatorland, Orlando Premium Outlets, Sea World/Discovery Cove, Universal Studio theme park,Citywalk (shopping,Restaurants&nightclubs),The Mall of the Millenia (Department stores and restaurants. Within 20 to 30 minutes, Downtown Orlando, Florida Mall and International Airport. Within 40 to 60 minutes, Atlantic Ocean beaches, Busch Gardens, Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center and Tampa Golf-Champions Gate has 2 Greg Norman courses & Reunion resort, within 5 minutes of property.You can also find many more courses in the area, Southern Dunes is just 15 minutes away on Highway 27. A set of golf clubs for your use.

Shopping needs: You can find Publix Supermarkert, pharmacies, gas stations, fast foods and banks just 5 minutes on SR532, you can also get onto I4 and find a new mall with Target, JC Penney, Dicks Sporting goods, Department stores, etc. You need to look no farther for the perfect villa. Amazing Rental, Beautiful Home

Easily one the best experiences of my life. We stayed at the home during our move from CT to FL..we couldnt pass up a week in orlando on the way to miami. I compared about 100 homes and this house had everything and more..even an office with internet was perfect. Rooms were decorated beautifully and what more can you say about a private indoor pool with lights. We spent the days in the parks and the nights lounging by the pool. I surprised my girlfriend by flying her parents and little brother in and everyone had their own rooms and enough personal space for much more. I have reccommenned this home to everyone I know and I will be sure to stay here EVERY time im in the area. The drive to everything is about 15-20---the best is the ride to disney..like your own personal back road highway takes you straight to the gate..NO TRAFFIC
publix, papa johns, subway, cvs, hair, nails all about 10 minutes away

great location great new house

First impression of the house was well decorated and clean.
All my family membrs were happy to have their own rooms.
We also enjoyed the swimming in the morning and at night when we come back from the parks.
Daytona beach is about 1-1/2 hour away great beach, you can drive your car to the beach.
We had wonderful memories from the vacation, we would rent the same house next time we goto Florida,

This vacation home was very clean and well maintained. The pool was very nice and all of the descriptions regarding the house were accurate.It is located in a nice area and is very close to all of the main attractions. The owners were also very nice and accommodating, I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again!

Beautiful, affordable and great location
