This unique Duplex home is located directly across from the ocean on Nubble Road. You can easily walk to both Long and Short Sands beaches and town center. The upstairs sleeps 9 and features 3 bedrooms with queen beds (1 bedroom has a twin bed also), 2 full baths, laundry room, open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, sleep sofa, and sliders leading to a 50' deck with magnificent ocean views. A pack-n-play & high chair are available. The downstairs sleeps 10 and features 5 bedrooms (3 queens and 2 twins), 2 full baths, laundry room, open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, and sliders leading to a 50' farmers porch. A pack-n-play & high chair are available. Cable TV, DVD/VCR included. This property boasts the largest fenced front yard on Nubble Road, great for kids!
