On the lovely Island of Little Exuma, just 100 yds from Tropic of Cancer Beach (famous for the filming of Pirates of the Caribbean) this newly built house has stunning views of the Sea and outlying Cays. Accessed by a bridge from Great Exuma, Georgetown is about 15 miles away and the International Airport (GGT) about 19 miles. Designed as a Vacation Home or Beach House it has an unusual layout with the Roof Terrace and very Private Master Bedroom Suite accessed by an exterior staircase from the rear Deck. The Front Porch is a great place to sit out and enjoy the view, The Family Room, Kitchen and Dining (32' x 20') and Two Bedrooms are on the main floor. one with a Queen Bed and one with two Singles that can also be put together. There is a shared Bathroom with vast walk-in tiled Shower. There is also a small Laundry area with Washer and Dryer. The Master Bedroom Suite has a large Bathroom with separate Tub and Walk-in Shower. It also has a large Closet/Dressing Room.
