Beautiful large upside down home surrounded by 500 acres of conservation land. 4 bedrooms downstairs with their own doors to the farmers porch for that private early morning time. Also TV area, reading nook 2 full baths and large laundry room. Upstairs, bright open living area, dining table that seats 14, gourmet kitchen and study area. There is also a screened porch and a huge deck. The doors between the deck and the living area slide into the walls doubling the social space. Distance view of town and the harbor from deck. And on the top floor is a master suite with its own sitting area, king size bed and bathroom with soaking tube and shower. Ping pong, foosball, weights in basment. Outside there is a wiffle ball field and a volleyball court. Close to Polpis Sconset bike path and public bus. Less than a mile to Quidnet beach. Sunfish available. Great for larger families or reunions.

Master bedroom on the top door with beautiful views with its own sitting room, antique wicker chairs, Claire Murray rugs. Beautiful bathroom with both soaking tub and shower.
