Hilton Head Island 4th row ocean home built in 1999 has 3,000+ sq.ft. and a dramatic two-story living room and wall of glass. This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with loft and media room with kitchenette is just 120 yards from the beach--there are no roads to cross--and has a private pool. The great room includes a kitchen, living area with big-screen TV/VCR/DVD, and an elegant dining area for 10. Off the great room is a pool-side balcony with a gas grill and a table for outdoor dining. There is a peek of the ocean from this outdoor deck. There is also a hammock and poolside dining and lounging furnishings. The media room with kitchenette has a separate area and is perfect for teenagers with the sofa sleeper & air mattress upon request.
