This 2100 sq. ft. house is located directly on crystal clear Newfound Lake and includes 150 ft. of waterfront, a private dock with raft and a 400 sq. ft. deck that is perched at the water's edge. There are fantastic views from every room. The house is fully winterized with all rooms on the first floor. There is a loft above the fully equipped kitchen. TVs, internet, washer/dryer, BBQ grill and linens are all provided. The master suite is isolated from the other two bedrooms and full bath making the house perfect for family or sharing with friends. The house is situated on Indian Point at the northern end of Newfound Lake, just 1 mile from the quaint center of Hebron and 2.5 hours from Boston. The Lakes Region and White Mountains provide outstanding opportunities for year-round sporting and leisure activities.

The area is loaded with attractions for the entire family: Canterbury-Shaker Village, Castle in the Clouds, Clark's Trading Post with trained bears, Polar Caves, Hampshire Pewter Company, Loon Center & Markus Wildlife Sanctuary, Lost River, Mt. Washington Cog Railway, Ruggles Mine and Santa's Village, Lost River, Owl's Nest Golf Course, White Mountain Golf Course. Weirs Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee has go-cart racing, miniature golf, and a huge arcade for rainy days. The town of Plymouth is 11 miles away providing: movie theatre, WalMart, grocery stores and Marshalls. Convenience stores are located 1-4 miles.

Check-In time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. * Reservations require a 50% deposit within 7 days of making your requested reservation. The balance and a 2-night security damage deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival date. The security damage deposit will be returned 5 days after check-out and a satisfactory inspection result. * Trash separation is a must. * No smoking inside the house and all fireworks are prohibited.

This house was awesome!!!! It is a fishermans dream. The beds are very comfey and kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and if its not there the owners are next door and are more than happy to get you what you might need. We brought our 1yr old son and he loved playing around in the living area looking out the large windows out at the lake.
