The home is a perfect combination of old world charm and modern amenities like LCD TV, WIFI etc. A high end kitchen with all Viking appliances and the adjoining grand dining room is perfect for entertainment. The 6 lavishly adorned bedrooms are very comfortable and private. Two master suites look out to a beautiful San Francisco downtown skyline. The 5 beautiful bathrooms are very elegant with beautiful marble and travertine finishes. The home has 2 king size beds, 3 queen beds, and 2 twin size pull out beds. It sleeps 12 adults comfortably. Furnished Rental: Perfect for corporate rentals or large families

Location Details: The house is centrally located, one block from Alamo Square with its famous view of the row houses, 'painted ladies' and recently renovated playground for children. The location is so convenient that you don't need a car to get around. There are 4 bus lines that take you everywhere in the city from downtown to the ocean. A cab ride to downtown costs around $8. Many area attractions are close by or walkable, including City Hall, Japan town, Haight-Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, Castro district, Fillmore Street, and City Hall. The Fillmore Theater, a reputed venue for incredible band performances is walkable. The de Young museum of modern art and the recently renovated Science Museum are a short bus ride away. There are lots of fantastic restaurants, cafes and nightlife within walking distance.

Amazing house in amazing location!

The pictures on this site are not lying. This house is wonderful! 5 enormous comfortable beds (especially the two master bedrooms with priceless views of downtown SF), a state of the art kitchen, comfortable sitting room upstairs. Best of all, it's in a perfect location to enjoy all that San Francisco has to offer. You are a short walk away from Hayes street, Divisidero Street and Haight Street, where you will find excellent restaraunts, bars and shopping. And you are practically in the exact center of San Francisco - and easy bus or taxi ride away from all the fabulous sites and neighborhoods. I would highly recommend staying here. Last but not least, your host/landlord is extremely friendly. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We rented this property so our family could stay together in a home atmosphere while we gathered in San Francisco for my son's wedding. It also was a better value than renting 6 hotel rooms. Having so many bathrooms was quite an advantage getting ready for the wedding. The well appointed kitchen and dining area served us well in hosting a gathering for out of town guests. The number of stairs were a concern for our older guests, but with a bit of help, they were able to manage them. The living room was on the upper level, so was not really functional for our gathering, but was great for watching the Sunday football game together. The bus stop is just outside the home, so getting around was very easy. If you are staying in the inlaw suite, tho, the stop is right outside the window, so earplugs might be a good idea. The neighborhood provides a lot of amenities, from grocery to coffee shops to shopping to a beautiful park. The city views are amazing, and especially enjoyed from the enclosed upstairs balcony! The property manager, Eswari, was so helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs, and to make our stay wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The house is located in an accessible place, the ambience is great and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I stayed here with an international group of my classmates for around a week and we were all very impressed and pleased. Access to internet was an added advantage.
