This property is right on Lake Winnisquam. It is very quiet and private yet you are a short drive to all the attractions and shopping. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area as well as the MV Mount Washington which will take you cruising all around Lake Winnipesakee. We are nestled in the heart of the White Mountains. There are great local pubs and plenty of sight seeing. This property is fantastic for viewing the spectacular foilage season in the white mountains.

Beautiful Place On The Lake!

My family and friends stayed at this house the ast week of July 2011. What a beautiful, private location! The house is clean and well stocked with many things you want and need. The outside deck and dock areas are the best with lots of places to sit, relax and enjoy the views. The water is warm and clear and there there is a boat ramp on site if you brought your ski/fishing boat. The house comes with 2 kayaks and a paddle boat if you don't have your own. There are lots of places on the lake to explore via kayak. Check out the loon family at the north end of the lake. The owners are friendly and easy to work with.

Great Location!

My family and I have rented camps in Maine and New Hampshire, for many years now all ways looking for something better, Well were done looking around
we found the prefect camp with all the luxurys of home
and plenty of room for family and friends
big lake dont have to worry about boat traffic\
right around the corner a nice quiet basin for kayaking and checking out the loons and doing some fishing
the location is great near weirs beach, meredith center
I could just keep going on and on...
and I have to mention the people where kind pleasent people
I cant say enough how much fun we all had
The A****** from Massachusetts

The Best place next to Heaven......

I have been renting this home for many many years and some of my best memories in my life were spent at this special place. My friend and family have enjoyed this beautiful home for over 25 years Winter and Summers. Memories that will last you a lift time. They sure are mine and many of the people in my life. We all have had great times here and so will you.
The best thing about the property is that it is so close to Boston. And the area is a lot of fun. But I just think the Deck is all right for me. It's my favorite place . Special memories to be had there with some very special people through the years. I think you will take this as a "KEEPER" also. I know you will never want to leave...
