Multi level decks surround the house. Great Kenmore Elite grill for outdoor dining. Deck furniture to seat at least 10 people. Big screen TVs upstairs and downstairs. Cable TV and Internet Service. Private boat launch – Multi boat docking – bring your own or rent one on the lake. Large driveway / parking for cars, trailers, etc.

This property is right on Lake Winnisquam. It is very quiet and private yet you are a short drive to all the attractions and shopping. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area as well as the MV Mount Washington which will take you cruising all around Lake Winnipesakee. We are nestled in the heart of the White Mountains. There are great local pubs and plenty of sight seeing.

The Best place next to Heaven......

I have been renting this home for many many years and some of my best memories in my life were spent at this special place. My friend and family have enjoyed this beautiful home for over 25 years Winter and Summers. Memories that will last you a lift time. They sure are mine and many of the people in my life. We all have had great times here and so will you.
The best thing about the property is that it is so close to Boston. And the area is a lot of fun. But I just think the Deck is all right for me. It's my favorite place . Special memories to be had there with some very special people through the years. I think you will take this as a "KEEPER" also. I know you will never want to leave...
