House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-6)

Our home has one of the most beautifully landscaped and secluded backyards in Las Vegas. The yard is ideal for private sunbathing, swimming in our pool or soaking in the spa in a Zen-like setting. The outdoor Jacuzzi is in a covered, redwood gazebo which gives a Japanese flavor to your soaking experience. A large, covered patio with ceiling fans, glass-top tables, and a gas barbecue offers outdoor entertainment alternatives.

You have your choice of dining in the family room in front of the HDTV, in the formal dining room under the palm fan, or outdoors under the covered patio. Turn on the pool and tree lights at night and the scene becomes magical. We have created an Asian Pacific/Tropical theme home with imported, hand-crafted furnishings providing an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation.

Convenient to the strip and the airport in a private, gated community, this one-story home has a large master king-size bedroom, second and third bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Formal living/dining rooms, large kitchen with island cooktop and barstools, breakfast nook, and family room. Amenities include a desktop PC with High Speed Internet access, a printer, an HDTV with HBO & other cable channels, a BluRay DVD Player with wireless NETFLIX access, an IPOD/CD stereo system, a large covered patio with fans, and barbecue grill.

Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery shopping, video rentals, and public park. Easy access to the Las Vegas Strip, airport, public golf course, and Red Rock State Park.

A genuine Vegas Oasis

The villa was a pleasure to stay in. The pool was wonderful, adjacent to the covered lanai where we could relax in the shade on the comfy chairs listening to the bird song. We even saw humming birds, an unexpected bonus. It was an easy drive to any part of the Strip, and much more relaxing than staying in one of the casino hotels. The gated community was private and felt safe. The owners were very helpful, accessible and approachable at all times. We would love to stay again and recommend the villa to anyone. A True Oasis

This was one of the best two months spent anywhere in the last 15 years. We absolutely loved the property, the many excellent eateries close by, the myriad of things to do in the area. The best part was after being active all day you can enter the house, have a glass of wine on the patio, take a spa, and you are completely away from the hustle and bustle. We will highly recommend this property to our friends. Phil & Cindy provide great customer service and the level of communication is very high and very much appreciated.

Great House!

I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Every thing about the house and amenities was great. Just wished the weather was a little bit warmer so that I could use the lovely pool, but at least I was able to enjoy the hot tub. I definitely know where to stay on my future trips to Vegas. Location was even great for me, only 5 minutes from all the action on the strip. Looking forward to staying at your place on many trips to come

Luxuriously appointed in a secure, quiet, upscale neighborhood, this oasis is well located -close enough to Vegas action, but has a get-away feel. Expertly maintained, lovingly cared for, this home provided us a serene, five-star refuge. Our hosts were gracious, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Our stay was perfect!

Private Hot Tub, Lots of Space, Quiet, Private, Clean, Open - Just right!

There were three of us in town for a convention and we couldn't be happier that we chose to stay in this home versus a hotel. Phil was great to work with and our last-minute transaction went very smoothly. The hot tub was just the remedy after long days of walking. We really appreciated the Albertson's that is literally a two-minute walk from the front door. The private neighborhood and even more private backyard was great, made me wish I was there with my wife and kids rather than two other guys. Although we did enjoy our mini-backgammon tournament, which Joe lost.

We'll definitely call Phill and Cindy next time we go to Vegas, and you should too! Thanks again Phil!
