The Waterford Villas are located in picturesque Shipyard Plantation, an 880 acre gated community. Overlooking the ninth fairway, the pro shop is only steps away. This unit, modeled after the English town homes, offers luxurious accommodations in a golf and beach environment. On site, the complex has a private tennis court and a private pool. The beach and Shipyard Racquet Club are only a short bike ride away. In Shipyard there are miles of bike paths and one sees more cyclists and walkers than cars. This unit is a two level town home and is very well decorated and maintained. On the lower level is a large living room with a beautiful fairway view and a large flat screen TV above the fireplace. The dining room has a wet bar and the kitchen is very modern. From the living room, the french doors open to the paito. The bedrooms, each with a private bath, are on the second level. The master is outfitted with a queen bed, and views the golf course while the other has twin beds.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles
Hilton Head Island is the home of the nationally renowned Harbourtown Lighthouse and some of the best golf and tennis in the country. Located in Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island, the home is in a very private residential area. The villa is in walking distance of the golf club house, putting green and driving range. A short drive or bike ride take you to the private beach at Shipyard. Waterford Villas is conveniently located in the southern part of the island and is less than a mile from shops at Coligny Plaza, The Market Place and the business and restaurant district on Pope Avenue. The island area has many golf courses, tennis, fitness centers, two outlet malls, four star restaurants, and many national retailers. Grocery shopping is very economical and there are many choices if you choose to cook in. A one hour drive takes you to beautiful Savannah or Beaufort, both historical cities with beautiful antebellum homes. Two hours takes you to Charleston.
