This 1 bedroom golf villa is located between the 11th and 13th holes of the beautiful Seascape golf course . One of the benefits is how quiet and relaxing it is to be on the golf course. When you return home from fun at the beach or the convenient shopping, you can relax on the deck and watch the golfers as the sun sets. There is a newly remodeled bathroom retreat with beautiful tile work and upgraded vanities. The master bedroom features a king bed and plenty of storage space. The large living room has a pullout queen sofa, pullout full sofa, and a loveseat. We are located a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Or you can drive to the private parking lot for Seascape guests. There are five pools for your use. The cantina on-site delivers to your door and has great music and lattes! Please contact us with any questions! We are excited to share the fun with you!

We loved the seclution of the condo over looking the golf course. It was very quiet & relaxing but yet close to the beach. The conveniance of the Whails Tail & The Cabana Cafe was nice. It was one of the most relaxing vacations that we've had.

My husband and I stayed in this condo and we really enjoyed it. It's beautiful inside and the setting is awesome... we ate on the deck right over the golfers on a beautiful day. It's a very quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and wonderful food. Check it out, you'll love it too.
