This 1 bedroom golf villa is located between the 11th and 13th holes of the beautiful championship Seascape golf course and beach resort.. One of the benefits is how quiet and relaxing it is to be on the golf course. When you return home from fun at the beach or the convenient shopping, you can relax on the deck and watch the golfers as the sun sets.

New tile has been installed in the open living/dining room! The kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel over-the-range microwave and dishwasher, new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet!

There is a newly remodeled bathroom retreat with beautiful tile work and upgraded vanities. The master bedroom features a king bed and plenty of storage space. The large living room has a pullout queen sofa, pullout full sofa and a loveseat.

We are located a short 10 minute walk to the beach, or you can drive to the private parking lot for Seascape guests. There are five pools for your use.

Very Relaxing

We loved the seclution of the condo over looking the golf course. It was very quiet & relaxing but yet close to the beach. The conveniance of the Whails Tail & The Cabana Cafe was nice. It was one of the most relaxing vacations that we've had.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My wife & 3 yr old stayed here for a week. We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect. If was very quiet, peaceful & close to the beach. For a one bedroom, it was larger than we expected - good size living room. The people who work at Seascape resort are very friendly and helpful. We will look to stay here first on our next trip to Destin.

Our family of five enjoyed an extremely relaxing vacation in this beautiful condo! The accommodations were perfect for us. The deck was awesome, the pools were lots of fun, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again...and soon!

We enjoyed our visit. The beach was a close walk. There was so much to do there in the community if you get tired of the beach. Pools, tennis, bike riding, golf, and fishing. Great memories for our family. We'd rent it again! Thanks for allowing us to rent your condo!

My husband and I stayed in this condo and we really enjoyed it. It's beautiful inside and the setting is awesome... we ate on the deck right over the golfers on a beautiful day. It's a very quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and wonderful food. Check it out, you'll love it too.
