Townhome located in the beautiful resort of Windsor Hills in Kissimmee, FL about 2-1/2 miles from Disney's main gate. Also near other area attractions like Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Wet & Wild. While near all the attractions, you do not even have to leave home for a relaxing vacation. Windsor Hills is a community with many amenities. Starting with this townhome's own splash pool, or walk the short distance to the club house for a community pool with large slide, movie theatre, game room, fitness center, sundry shop, tennis courts, basketball court and putting green. Two parks for small children to play in. All within an area with a gated, guarded entry. Relax and enjoy your vacation in the sun !

  • Deposit of 25% required at time of booking. Full payment required 6 weeks prior to arrival. All cancellations must be received in writing.

    Cancellation: more than 6 weeks prior : 100% refund, less $50 cancellation fee.
    Cancellation: 4 to 6 weeks prior : 50% of total rental amount forfeited.
    Cancellation: Less than 4 weeks prior : Full rental amount forfeited.
