This condominium is located approx. 100 yards across from the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Five minute drive to Silver Sands Shopping Outlet and Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf. Close to restaurants. Beach service included in rental - This town home is within walking distance of Pompano Joe's Restaurant and just a short drive to more world famous restaurants, fishing, golfing, entertainment, shopping and more. addition they are unit is located close to the pool and is equipped with a charcoal grill.
