Vacation Rental Description:
Location: South Gulf Cove is on the Cape Haze peninsular east of the Rotonda. South of a line between Port Charlotte and Englewood, and North of Boca Grande.
This 4 to 5 Bedroom villa comes with Two Master Suites, both with US Queen Size Beds. Two Twin Bedded rooms and Two Family rooms, one of which has a Fold out US Queen Bed, so, with cot or crib can sleep up to 11 people. The whole villa is fully Air-Conditioned.
The Bathrooms are two en-suites with and one family bathroom. This villa has a full Security Alarm System on all doors and windows that is linked to a central station, with panic buttons for Police, Fire and the Ambulance service.
Their is a large Kitchen, with table, chairs & high chairs to Seat 8 people. The Dining table also seats 8. Their is a large fully equipped Laundry room and double garage.
It is superbly furnished and equipped throughout, as you would expect in any top of the range luxury villa. Including 32” HDLCDTV’s, HDDVR Satellite receivers, DVD/Video recorders, CD players in both Family rooms, 19” HDLCDTV’s with Satellite receivers in both Master suites. Free Wireless High-speed Internet connection and all local telephone calls are also free!
It is on a Deep Water canal, with easy access to South Gulf Cove Nature reserve, Port Charlotte Harbor and then the Gulf of Mexico.
Vacation Rental Amenities:
There is a 30ft x 13ft Heated Pool with a separately heated Spa/Jacuzzi that seats 8. The rear of this villa faces south and has the Sun all day. The covered Lanai is 30ft x 10ft and the Sun Deck is over 30ft. The whole rear of this villa is fully caged and is not over looked.
All doors and windows that lead to the Pool area have an independent Alarm system, to warn you if the kids try and get to the pool without your knowledge? There is a 50ft x 6ft Private Dock. Great fishing can be had from this dock and the fun of then seeing how good Dad actually is in cooking it on the villa BBQ/Gas Grill?
We supply Free of Charge for your use, a full range of fresh and salt water fishing rods and equipment. You just need to buy bait.
Boat Hire: We have an arrangement with a local boat yard, which has a fleet of 10 boats of all sizes. We can sort out your hire before you arrive at very good discounted rates.
The villa is fully equipped, including all linen, crockery and towels, even beach towels and toys. Just bring food, drink and yourselves. We have a local Management Company who live locally, to assist you anytime 24/7.
Activities and Attractions:
The villa is very close to 8 wonderful 'sugar sand' beaches all within a 20 minute drive, with some of the best shelling and shark tooth collecting to be had on the whole South Gulf Coast. There are 10 Golf courses within a 30 minutes drive, including a floodlit, 24 hour course just 6 miles away. There are over 70 courses within a radius of 25 miles of the villa.
All courses welcome children over 8, and hire out all equipment needed. From our dock, the beautiful Gulf Cove nature reserve is just 15 minutes sailing time away, via which, Port Charlotte sound is 20 minutes, and then, it’s out into the Gulf of Mexico.
There is great fresh and salt water fishing to be had in all areas. Port Charlotte for all department stores is only 15 miles away, with a large Publix supermarket and two petrol stations just 3 miles away. We list in our villa manual over 20 great local restaurants; there are all sorts of 'take-outs' locally, but why not cook your own 'catch of the day' on the villa BBQ/Gas Grill?
Vacation Rental Rates:
This large south facing 4/5 bedroom-3 Bathroom Villa rents from $960 in the Low Season to $1600 in the Peak Season for groups up to 8 people per week.
Extra guests (max 3) are charged at $15.00 per day each.
There is a one-off Cleaning charge of $150 per stay.
All rates are plus Florida Sales & Tourist Taxes @ 12%.
Discounts:
Numbers of 4 or less get a 5% discount for low energy usage.
Bookings of 3 weeks get a 5% discount. 4-7 weeks less 10%. 8-11 weeks less 15% and 12 or more weeks less 20%.
There are no other extras except:
Pool & Spa/Jacuzzi Heaters: To heat the Pool up to 84F (not normally required in the summer) and the Spa/Jacuzzi up to 104F, we charge $200 per week, plus Taxes.
BBQ/Gas Grill If you wish to use the villa Grill, we charge $75 per week, plus tax. This includes it's cleaning at the end of your stay and one full bottle of Gas.
Cots & Cribs: If you require these, we charge $75 per week, plus tax. This includes all bedding.
High Chairs can be hired for $45 per week.
All local phone calls are free. There is also free use of our Wireless, Highspeed Broadband connection.
